Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to adult patients with various medical and surgical conditions
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Document accurate and timely patient information in electronic medical records
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
