Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week contract with 36 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond to any changes or emergencies
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the United States
- At least one year of experience in a PCU setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour rotations
