We are seeking a detail oriented, motivated Temporary Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. This position will last for 3 months and will be required to be in the office full-time in Blue Bell, PA.
The Accounting Clerk will handle and report on credit card disputes and credit card activity, mail client invoices, process doctor payments and enter service agreements into NetSuite. The Accounting Clerk will assist with other projects to support the accounting team on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of credit card disputes including contacting customer to resolve dispute and updating customer records in NetSuite to reflect results of customer dispute discussions.
- Report monthly on the types of disputes and resolutions.
- Download credit card activity from websites daily for all entities.
- Support Accounts Payable with weekly payment processing.
- Apply incoming check and ACH payments to AR
- Filing, scanning, document archiving, volume mailing and clerical work as needed to support the finance and accounting team.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills & Knowledge:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with various departments throughout the organization.
