Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently using clinic systems.
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records in Meditech or similar systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist in the coordination of referrals and follow-up appointments as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff regarding patient needs and scheduling conflicts.
- Homemaker and personal care
Skills
- Proficient in understanding of clinic operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HHA software is preferred.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and record maintenance.
