Job Summary
The Homemaker and personal caregiver plays a vital role in providing compassionate and supportive care to individuals in a homes setting. Duties
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide support with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions, ensuring accurate patient observation
- Support residents with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Skills
- Strong observational skills to monitor changes in patients’ health and well-being.
- Experience with homemaking and personal care
- Ability to provide direct support while maintaining a respectful approach to personal care.
