- Perform all aspects of concrete finishing including smoothing, leveling, edging, and jointing
- Operate hand and power tools to place and finish concrete surfaces
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
- Familiarity with different types of concrete and finishing techniques
- Work methodically and with attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- At least 2 years of experience as a concrete finisher
- Strong work ethic and dedication to producing top-notch results
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of the job
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
