Classroom Support Specialist- $20.65- $25.81

Pro Action’s Resilient Children and Families Head Start Programs are looking for a full-time Classroom Support Specialist to provide onsite support, mentoring, planning and coaching to classroom staff, Education managers, and to parents.

The Specialist will assist with promoting responsive and positive relationships and social emotional behavioral health as well as working collaboratively with staff and school districts to provide infante and early childhood support to classrooms.

A bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology or equivalent with experience in a related field of work with 3-5 years’ experience in related field of work is required. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, have excellent organization skills and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

The ideal candidate must have a driver’s license, meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area. Agency Driver Record History standards information can be obtained by calling Human Resources at 607-776-2125.
