Pro Action’s Head Start Program is accepting applications for Classroom Support Staff in our Winfield Classroom in Corning.
The successful candidate will have direct daily interaction with children and assist with implementing classroom and small group activities. You will work to maintain a clean and safe classroom environment and be involved in the preparation and/or serving of meals and snacks for children. In carrying out all responsibilities, the Classroom Support Staff must adhere to Head Start Performance Standards and New York State Day Care Regulations.
As a Classroom Support Staff, you are a valued member of the classroom team working with a diverse group of young children and building strong relationships with families within the community. The Support Staff will need to understand how to collaborate with a variety of diverse people and roles.
