Youth Services Coordinator- Pro Action is accepting applications for a Youth Services Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of Pro Action’s Youth Programming. This includes the Youth Development (YDP), Youth Empowerment (YEP), and Summer Youth Employment (SYE) programs.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who can engage with youth, parents, and community partners to meet the diverse needs of youth in our community. This role demands a blend of leadership and creativity requiring you to design, manage, and implement a variety of youth-focused activities and initiatives. The Coordinator will be at the heart of our youth programming and will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of young people!
Some of the job duties include:
- Initiate, facilitate, and participate in professional collaboration with other organizations, program partners and grantors concerned with issues facing children and youth ages 8-19.
- Work in collaboration with parents, schools, and partner programs to coordinate formal and informal programming.
- Traveling to schools, Bath youth center, and SYE worksites to deliver presentations and monitor compliance for a diverse group of youth and employees.
- Compile and submit data and reports as requested to fulfill funding requirements.
