Pro Active Behavioral Health, is looking for ambitious, goal-driven, professionals with a vision and passion for working with youth and adults experiencing mental health and substance abuse crisis. We are looking to fill current, as well as, future openings in our Youth and Adult Crisis Centers as we move forward to provide a coordinated system of trauma focused, crisis stabilization services in South Central Idaho.
Applicants must have a current Idaho Counseling License (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, AMFT, or LMFT) or a Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Counseling or Social Work who are willing and able to become licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in the State of Idaho within 6 months following hire.
Job duties would include provision of out-patient, patient-centered, trauma-focused treatment to adults and children that includes: Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments and Treatment Planning; Crisis Intervention, Individual and Group Psychotherapy; Family Therapy; Equine Assisted Psychotherapy; Collaboration with Problem-solving Courts, Adult and Juvenile Corrections, Medical Providers, and Community Treatment Providers; Skill-building Groups for adults or children with serious and persistent mental illness or severe emotional disturbance; Family Support Programs; Out-patient substance abuse treatment; and Recovery Support. Some positions available are Supervisory Positions and would require the applicant to be an independently licensed clinician, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
Pro Active Behavioral Health is very diverse in the populations we serve, as we are licensed to provide Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Psychological Services and Crisis Interventions through a 365/24/7 Youth Crisis Center. Pro Active services include Veteran's Treatment Court; Therapeutic Behavioral Services and contracts with local schools to provide behavioral support in the classroom.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
