Inside Sales Lead / Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our inside sales team in a dynamic, fast-paced circuit board manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will excel at developing relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and mentoring a high-performing team. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, particularly printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) production.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

  • Manage an inside sales team.
  • Set and track sales team targets, ensuring individual and team goals are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team efficiency.
  • Streamline internal sales order entry and customer management processes.
  • Maintain and update processes and work instructions for the department.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution :
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and reports to drive revenue growth with existing customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups.
  • Customer Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for resolving customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with external sales and engineering teams to meet customer needs effectively.

Operational Coordination :

  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, trends, and forecasts, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Market Insight :

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and advancements in PCB manufacturing.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of project management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of printed circuit board / electronic assembly and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
