What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist / Administrative Administrator position at Pro-Active Engineering?
Pro-Active Engineering is adding a Receptionist / Administrative Administrator. Along with answering phones and greeting customers, you will be responsible for administrative duties for areas such as our Human Resources, Operations and Design Engineering.
Essential Functions
- Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller's needs.
- Notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them.
- Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed to support training, quality assurance, and production initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage office supplies for the plant, including inventory tracking, ordering, and ensuring adequate stock levels to support operations.
- Maintain ownership of conference room and break room logistics, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and adequately prepared for meetings and events.
- Provide project support by assisting with task coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
- Handle data entry with accuracy, ensuring all information is properly inputted and verified.
- Conduct copying and scanning tasks to support document management and distribution
- Additional duties as requested by Management
