JOB SUMMARY
- Manage established service route and new customers
- Troubleshoot pest problems
- Exercise daily time management
- Inspections of customer’s homes/businesses
- Treatments of customer’s homes/businesses
- Educate new and existing customers on services
- Help Reach company service and sales goals
- Continually refining skills and knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Motivation to help the company grow and succeed
- Willing to go above and beyond
- Must care about customers
- Must have a great DMV record and valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to routinely lift, push, and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work at height
- Having an Applicator or Branch II Field Representative with CA State Pest Control Board is a plus!
