Salary : 75,000-90,000

At ProActive Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, we are looking for a passionate and hard-working physical therapist to join our team! An PT that thrives on working in a clinical orthopedic & sports medicine setting. Our priority is patient care while continuing to develop PT skill sets. Come join our experienced team with over 26 years in the industry and well established in community. We pride our team on having an outstanding reputation with peers, DRS and patients.

Position Summary :

Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
Orthopedics, Sports medicine, post op, workman's compensation, etc.
Create individualized care plans for each treatment
Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
Develop relationships with your staff and the medical providers in the area
Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications :

Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
