As our HR/Safety Coordinator, you will get to:
- Be a champion for our employees: From onboarding and employee performance management to employee relations, you'll be the heart of our people strategy.

- Drive impactful initiatives: You'll lead projects that improve employee engagement, development, and well-being.
- Partner with leaders: You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team to achieve business goals and address people-related challenges.
- Ensure Safety: You’ll coordinate our safety protocol farm-wide by conducting safety meetings and completing OSHA and Worker’s Compensation reporting and analysis.
- Stay ahead of the curve: You'll keep your finger on the pulse of HR trends and best practices, ensuring we're always evolving and improving.

Requirements for the Job:
- Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a Must
- Experience: 3 years of experience in human resources and/or company safety responsibilities with knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly related to agricultural and seasonal workers
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as people skills
- Organization: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Valid Driver’s License: Valid license and an insurable driving record to allow you to visit various locations on the farm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
