If so, then we want to talk to you about being the HR/Safety Coordinator for Pro-Ag Organic Farms.

As our HR/Safety Coordinator, you will get to:

  • Be a champion for our employees: From onboarding and employee performance management to employee relations, you'll be the heart of our people strategy.
  • Support our culture: You'll play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive, high-performing work environment that aligns with our farm’s core values.
  • Drive impactful initiatives: You'll lead projects that improve employee engagement, development, and well-being.
  • Partner with leaders: You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team to achieve business goals and address people-related challenges.
  • Ensure Safety: You’ll coordinate our safety protocol farm-wide by conducting safety meetings and completing OSHA and Worker’s Compensation reporting and analysis.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: You'll keep your finger on the pulse of HR trends and best practices, ensuring we're always evolving and improving.

  • A data-driven approach: You use data to inform your decisions and measure the impact of your programs.
  • A mission of keeping our people safe: coordinate with farm management in the implementation of safety initiatives

Requirements for the Job:

  • Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a Must
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in human resources and/or company safety responsibilities with knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly related to agricultural and seasonal workers
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as people skills
  • Organization: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Valid Driver’s License: Valid license and an insurable driving record to allow you to visit various locations on the farm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
