Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Office Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for both employees and visitors.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including break rooms and conference rooms

- Located at Fort Lauderdale (near commercial Blvd.).
- Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing floors
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Have own Transportation.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to ensure completion of assigned tasks within designated timeframes
