Pro Backyard Pool Service is hiring motivated and hard-working individual to join our team. Currently we are proudly serving Oviedo, Winter Park, Baldwin Park, Alafaya, Union Park, Maitland, Azalea Park and Avalon Park.

What Our Technicians Do
- Drive to customer’s property (company vehicle and fuel provided)
- Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed
- Vacuum & skim pool
- Ensure a clean pool deck
- Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs
- Offer best in class customer service
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience is required
- Hard-working with a can-do attitude
- Reliable and demonstrate initiative
- Customer Service mindset: confident, professional, friendly
- Enjoy being outdoors, doing physical work and lift 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, no nights
- Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record, no accidents or violations
- Be willing to present a nationwide background check
- Ability to keep and park company's vehicle overnight safely
- Ability to charge pool vacuum battery overnight, charger provided.
Compensation: Starting at $17 per hour.
Time off: 2 weeks paid vacation (pre-defined during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks)
Duration: Full-time
