Job Description:

We are looking for a General Tradesman / Maintenance Technician to service both our clients' homes through Pro Bid Construction and our tenants through Springfield Property Management. This is a versatile, hands-on role that involves a wide range of residential and property maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and routine upkeep. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and properties, contributing directly to the satisfaction of both clients and tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general residential repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, window install, and painting.
• Service and maintain properties for Springfield Property Management ensuring that tenants are satisfied and all work is completed promptly.
• Work on various projects with Pro Bid Construction, including renovation, remodeling, and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure everything is in good working condition and identify areas that need attention.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and up to our high standards.
• Respond to work orders and service requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, including time tracking and materials used, using our company software.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with tenants, clients, and contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• General Trades: 3 years (Preferred)
