Job Summary
At Pro Bid Construction, we’re offering a dynamic Outside Sales Representative role that blends work-from-home flexibility, on-the-road client meetings, and access to our corporate office resources whenever you need them.
This is a consultative sales position, focused on warm conversations, relationship-building, and helping property managers, insurance companies, and homeowners find the right construction and renovation solutions. You'll be the face of Pro Bid Construction, building connections with businesses and individuals who already need our services.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and direct outreach.
- Conduct in-person meetings with homeowners, property managers, and insurance companies to generate leads and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert consultation and guidance on their construction and renovation needs.
- Represent Pro Bid Construction at networking events, trade shows, and community engagements to increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with the internal sales and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track leads, sales activities, and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales tracking tools.
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals.
