Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to homeowners, insurance companies, property management companies, and other potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.
- Strategically identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction and property maintenance industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication between sales and operations.
- Represent Pro Bid Construction professionally in all interactions, both on the phone and in written communication.
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software tools for managing customer relationships and interaction.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies.
- Ability to understand market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining customer records.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
