Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area’s organization.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Google Suite and other office software.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide bilingual support as needed to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle customer support inquiries, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office applications is essential.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail are necessary for effective data entry.
