Landscape Construction Lead (3-Day Weekends!)
What You'll Do:
- Lead, work with, and train team of 2-3 workers in the completion of landscape installs and renovations
- Install sprinklers, hardscapes, turf, and trees
- Work with the Manager to hit goals and complete projects on time and with good quality
- Keep track of materials, tools, and equipment on jobs sites
What’s Required:
- Previous experience in landscape construction, renovation, or install.
- Knowledge of several aspects of landscape construction like sprinklers, planting, grading, pavers, etc.
- You’ll need to be able to handle the physical aspects as this requires the use of your whole body. You’ll be walking, bending, lifting, crouching, and working with hands/arms/shoulders/back in all types of weather, year-round.
- Driver's license with good driving record. Experienced and able to drive trucks and trailers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
