Job Overview:

Were looking for a Clinic Manager to join our team and help keep our clinic running smoothly while delivering excellent care to our patients. In this role, youll oversee the day-to-day operations, make sure everything runs efficiently, and help maintain our high standards of patient care. Youll manage the team, improve workflows, ensure were meeting all healthcare regulations, and create a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management & Operations
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Take care of logistics like scheduling, inventory, and keeping the facility in top shape.
  • Implement and enforce policies that keep us compliant with healthcare regulations.
  • Work closely with our medical team to make sure things flow seamlessly and patients receive excellent care.
• Staff Management
  • Lead and support our front desk staff and rehab techs to make sure theyre equipped to provide the best care.
  • Manage schedules, performance reviews, and training to keep everything running at its best.
  • Be a resource for staff, addressing concerns and helping create a positive, team-focused environment.
• Patient Relations
  • Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and billing, making sure everything is smooth and stress-free for them.
  • Respond to patient concerns quickly and with care, ensuring they feel valued and taken care of.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure their privacy is protected.
• Technology & Record Management
  • Keep our electronic medical record (EMR) system accurate, up-to-date, and secure.
  • Train staff on using medical software and office equipment to stay efficient.
  • Ensure patient data is handled securely and with care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of experience in medical office management or healthcare administration.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and insurance processes.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
