Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of healthcare management principles. This role is crucial in ensuring that the clinic operates efficiently while providing high-quality patient care. This role involves managing staff, optimizing workflow, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management & Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office(s), ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively.
- Manage office logistics, including scheduling, supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with medical providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations.
Staff Management:
- Supervise and manage administrative and support staff, including front desk and physical rehabilitation techs.
- Conduct staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training to ensure a high standard of patient care and administrative support.
- Resolve personnel issues and provide guidance to staff to promote a positive working environment.
Patient Relations:
- Oversee patient appointment scheduling, registration, and billing processes to ensure excellent patient experience.
- Address and resolve patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Technology & Record Management:
- Manage the office’s electronic health record (EHR) system and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Train staff on the use of medical software and office equipment.
- Ensure data security and the proper handling of medical records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in medical office management or healthcare administration.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and insurance processes.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits: After 30 Days we offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
