Job Title : Remote Physician - Injury Intake Specialist (Sports Medicine / Occupational Medicine)
Location : Remote with a valid Texas license
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (no weekends, no on-call shifts)
Position Overview : We are seeking a qualified Physician with experience in Sports Medicine or Occupational Medicine to join our team as an Injury Intake Specialist. This role involves conducting initial injury intake assessments, reviewing cases, and recommending next steps for individuals with musculoskeletal injuries. The position is fully remote and provides a flexible, consistent schedule without weekend or on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform injury intake appointments, evaluating new injury cases and determining appropriate referrals and follow-up care.
- Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments for individuals with musculoskeletal injuries and related health concerns.
- Document patient history, injury details, and initial findings in electronic health records (EHR).
- Make recommendations for further medical evaluation, physical therapy, or other treatments as needed.
