What Youll Do:
As a Physical Rehabilitation Technician at Pro-Care, youll be a key part of our team, working closely with healthcare providers to support patient care in a rehab setting. Youll help patients with exercises, maintain our treatment areas, and perform a variety of tasks that help ensure a smooth, effective rehab experience. If youre passionate about learning and growing in the healthcare field, especially physical therapy, chiropractic, or sports medicine, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real difference in peoples lives.
Responsibilities:
Assist healthcare providers in delivering rehab treatments and therapeutic exercises to patients.
Help patients with mobility and strength exercises, ensuring they use proper technique and stay safe.
Greet patients, offer comfort, and prepare them for their treatment sessions.
Provide clear instructions for patients on in-clinic and at-home exercises and self-care.
Teach patients how to use rehab equipment correctly and guide them through exercises.
Keep treatment areas clean and organized, and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready to use.
Document patient information and update records as needed for ongoing care.
Answer questions from patients, offering reassurance and clarity about their treatment.
Support the administrative team by managing phone messages and facilitating communication between patients and providers.
Collaborate with your teammates to continuously improve the care and services we provide.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred (especially in kinesiology, sports medicine, pre-med, or a related field).
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and rehabilitation exercises.
