What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor Commercial Cleaning position at Pro CIty Facilities Services Inc.?
We are looking for a person who:

Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of maintenance building.
- Serve as a lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
- Supervise Employees
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Assist w/ challenging clients requests or issues escalations as needed
- Directly manages major and/or critical developing client accounts and coordinates the management other accounts
- Ensure all technical requirements are being met
- Account visits to ensure client satisfaction
- Keep track of supplies for clients and ensure a timely deliverance
- Ensure excellence and the "We Care" Standard"
Requirements:
- Possess a Valid Driver's License
- Have reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Pass a background check
- Bilingual ( English & Spanish) will be nice, but not required

IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 2 years related experience, preferably at the supervisory level
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
