Pro Clean CDRS, a growing Insurance Restoration company that provides quality mitigation and remediation services, is looking for a driven, caring and organized General Laborer to join our team. Pro Clean CDRS partners with J-Neal Construction (JN Construction) to provide complete restoration services for our customers when they are in the midst of any fire, water or storm event. Position Summary:
This position is the “first on the scene” for our customers and is a vital asset to our team. The candidate will play a primary role in promoting a professional image and assist in building and maintaining a valued reputation amongst our customers and community. This position is essential to the success of our companies and is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service to all of our members as well as supportive services to our office and partnered Third-Party/Insurance Companies.
Our ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and be able to interact with our Customers, Insurance Adjusters, other employees, and the overall community in a professional manner.
This candidate would also have experience with technology and the restoration field, has the ability to multitask and is able to carry out additional tasks, such as content services, demolition and/or mold remediation. This is a field position - the main office is located at 256 Lenox Ave. Mansfield, OH 44906 and you must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate with a variety of customers
- Structure Cleaning
- Equipment Inventory
- Monitoring Equipment
- Moisture Reads
- Develop and execute a drying plan for a water damaged structure (once certified)
- Removal & documentation of damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, cabinets
- Stocking vehicles for daily operations
- Removal of water/sewage from a customer’s structure
- Contents: pack out, cleaning, pack back
- Ability to work independently and with other technicians and/or helper
- Serve as a resource for customer questions and respond to information needs with guidance from other staff members
Ensure all documentation records are thorough, accurate and timely.
- Ability to sketch a floor plan and record accurate measurements
- Carefully proofreads all materials going to the office and into the hands of our estimators and insurance adjusters
- On-Call Rotation (appx. 1-2 weeks/month - bonus structure attached)
- Clean and maintain all tools, equipment and supplies
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
- Basic knowledge and experience with hand tools and power tools
- Cleaning of personal items and structures
- Capable of performing detailed cleaning and demolition
- Respond to jobs and initiate water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation according to IICRC guidelines
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- Manage effectively with varying workloads
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Experience in the restoration field is a plus
- IICRC Certifications are a plus but not required (company will provide training)
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to be included in the “on-call” rotation
- Strong problem solving skills
