Mobile Network Security Penetration Tester
Intro
We are seeking two skilled Mobile Network Security Penetration Testers to join our client's team on a 10-month project. The project is set to start as soon as possible, and the position is remote within the United States.
Job Details
Conduct network penetration tests and identify vulnerabilities in mobile networks.
Collaborate with team members to analyze, report, and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
Develop and execute manual penetration testing plans.
Utilize strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to address complex security issues.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work independently on multiple high-priority projects, demonstrating self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecom, Networking, Application Security, and Cloud Security.
Strong understanding of network and security concepts, including TCP / IP, HTTP, PKI, SSL / TLS, OAuth, Authentication, and Authorization.
Experience in platform hardening, access management, certificate management, network security, and operating system security.
Proficiency in Linux / UNIX and Shell scripting.
Knowledge and experience in developing automation scripts in Python.
Experience testing cloud and cloud-native infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes networking, monitoring, and logging solutions.
Demonstrated ability to complete complex projects with minimal supervision.
Extremely strong written and oral communication skills.
Desired Skills
Familiarity with 5G Networks (3GPP standards) is a plus.
Industry certifications such as OSCP are preferred.
Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
