Dock Installer/Barge Opertor

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and have experience working with rigs. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of various equipment and systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Duties

• Assemble and install equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during installation or operation.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in rig installation preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel to job sites.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies in the field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.68 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 70 per week
