Roofing Production Coordinator

Pro Dry Roofing LLC isseeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Roofing Production Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating the day-to-day operations of roofing projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, an understanding of roofing processes, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Project Scheduling & Coordination: Manage production schedules for roofing projects, ensuring that materials, labor, and equipment are available when needed.
• Team Management: Supervise and communicate with roofing crews, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations on job sites.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of roofing materials and supplies, ensuring timely reordering and delivery to job sites.
• Quality Control: Monitor project progress and ensure that work meets company standards, local building codes, and client specifications.
• Budget & Cost Management: Upload vendor documents toproject costs, ensuring project cost.
• Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients during the roofing project, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project progress.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any challenges that may arise during the project, including delays, supply chain issues, or team conflicts.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that safety protocols are followed on-site and that the team adheres to all relevant safety standards and regulations (Must be OSHA Certified or willing to certify).
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, permits, and other relevant documents in CRM.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to visit job sites and perform light physical tasks when necessary (e.g., lifting materials, climbing ladders, walking roofs).
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with project management software specific to roofing or construction.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
