Landscaping/Project Crew Leader- Start Date 3/26/2025

We are seeking an entry level landscaping crew leader. This is a year-round position that offers the opportunity to lead a small crew and ensure the quality and completion of various landscaping projects.

We are considering Full-Time and Part-Time applicants for this position. Onboarding and training for this position will begin 3/26/2025

We are seeking a leadership minded individual who is proficient in operating various landscaping and snow removal machinery,
This role involves maintaining mulch beds, performing tasks such as edging, pruning, trimming, and planting, and operating a snow plow or salt truck during the winter months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 1-2 team members to ensure the quality and completion of landscaping projects
• Operate machinery such as skid steer, loader, mulch mate, and JSV
• Drive a commercial truck and trailer to various locations
• Track time entry for crew members
• Perform maintenance on machines
• Maintain mulch beds and conduct spring and fall cleanup
• Perform landscaping tasks such as edging, pruning, trimming, and planting
• Operate a snow plow or salt truck during winter months

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a landscaping crew
• Proficiency in operating landscaping machinery
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to track and manage time effectively

Compensation

The compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $20-25 per hour.
