About the Job
Job Summary :
Associate Support will serve as the primary point of contact for all PRO EM Associates and is responsible for ensuring all Associates have the necessary information, equipment, and training to be successful while working any event.
Associate Support will assist staff with any issues, such as scheduling, payroll, and training. They are also responsible for understanding how to properly triage specific Associate concerns to the correct party.
Responsibilities :
Serves as a primary point of contact for the Associates.
Receives inbound calls and answer emails including web messages in ABI.
Runs open positions report at least twice a week.
Enters contracted staffing positions.
Sends sign it sheets to supervisors daily.
Enters event web notes.
Creates and manage monthly event and training calendar.
Posts open positions in Schedule Exchange.
Build and strengthen relations with PRO EM Associates.
Serve as a brand ambassador and champion PRO EM’s company culture.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Attend events and aid with check in / check out of associates.
Requirements :

Experience with inbound customer service phone calls is a plus.
Must be organized, detail orientated, possess strong communication skills, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Desire to serve Associates and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Must have working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
Capable of learning new technology.
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
Ability to manage and complete multiple assignments at the same time, with great attention to detail and a positive attitude.
