The Profloors’ Wholesale Client Success Manager (CSM) serves as the primary contact for flooring contractors visiting our wholesale Division. This hybrid role combines customer service, order processing, and proactive prospecting to help professional installers grow their business through better pricing, faster fulfillment, and unmatched support.
General Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist contractors
· Process order accurately in the ERP system
· Actively prospect during downtime through calls, emails, texts, and social media outreach.
· Use the SMYKM (Show me you know me) approach to build contractor relationships
· Monitor account activity to ensure ongoing engagement
· Participate in weekly team check-ins and submit progress reports
· Collaborate across departments to improve contractor ideas with leadership.
· Close sales transactions and collect payments (cash, check, credit)
· Communicate daily with the warehouse and purchasing departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
· Assist in inventory cycle counts and product restocking when needed
· Reconciliation of daily cash drawer / deposit & preparation of bank deposits
Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills:
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced wholesale environment
· Bi-lingual (Spanish)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Comfortable learning and navigating CRM and ERP systems
· Detail oriented with a focus on order accuracy and customer satisfaction
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
· Self-motivated with the ability to provide feedback and help improve systems
· Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
· Background in contractor-facing sales or wholesale environments
· Familiarity with flooring products and installation workflows.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolong periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. times.
