Position Summary
This position plays a pivotal role in producing high-level designs that elevate the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s profile across graphics, logos, images, exhibit and retail spaces that are creative, edgy, progressive and impactful. Responsible for utilizing creative talents to support marketing, communications, social media and more, ensuring consistency in the brand for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Opportunity is an in-house design position and not available for remote candidates. This position will be reporting to Creative Director.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
- Design graphics, logos, layouts and visual elements for print, digital media, events, exhibit and retail spaces. These include posters, signage, invitations, social media advertisements, maps, large format print branding, event experiences, presentations and much more.
- Develop and present design proposals and concepts ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity in Pro Football Hall of Fame campaigns while adhering to brand identity standards.
- Work closely with pre-press, external creative agencies, photographers, and producers to deliver high-quality designs.
- Collaborate with teammates to create the best quality work, including participating in brainstorming and concept development.
- Develop graphics and layouts for a wide range of products and media, while adhering to Pro Football Hall of Fame, NFL, and NFL team brand standards.

Are you up for the challenge? Here are qualifications we are searching for:
- Bachelor’s degree required in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro knowledge are a plus.
- High level of creativity with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are preferred.
- Related work in the sports industry a plus.
- Understanding of the game of professional football and its history preferred.

- This is a full-time, exempt, in-office position, typically with a Monday through Friday schedule with the responsibility to provide support and coverage during special events.
