This position will involve assisting in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and distributing the inventory. This is a part-time position with up to 25 hours per week and responsibility to provide support and coverage during special events.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Operate a truck to pick up, deliver and unload inventory and merchandise.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse always ensuring cleanliness.
- Maintain an electronic log of the inventory in the warehouse.
- Prepare orders for shipment and ensure they are accurate and complete.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts.
- Provide maintenance for the parking lot at the warehouse and the museum, such as pick up trash and litter.
- Operate shuttle and golf cart when assigned.
- Assist with hospitality event needs by setting up for events and tearing down after the events.

- Ability to operate a forklift and drive a truck and trailer.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move safety equipment as needed.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to use a computer.
