Facilities Maintenance & PM Supervisor
Burlington, NC $75,000 - $90,000 Annual Bonus and Relocation Assistance
Lead preventive maintenance and facilities operations at a growing manufacturer. Oversee a day-shift team managing facility maintenance, PM schedules, and spare parts inventory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead team of 5 technicians (3 PM / Repair, 1 Facilities, 1 Admin / Warehouse)
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and scheduling
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers
- Oversee facilities maintenance and repair operations
- Implement safety protocols including LOTO and 5S programs
Technical Requirements :
- 5 years technical leadership experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls systems knowledge
- Experience with facility systems and utilities
- Background in CMMS and PM program management
- Proven track record managing maintenance teams
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's in technical field preferred; will consider Associate's with additional experience
- Background in food processing, CPG, medical device, or similar regulated environment
- Strong project and inventory management skills
