What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate position at Pro Image Sports - Mid Rivers Mall?
Are you a sports fan? We want you to be an integral part of our team at the nation's largest chain of sports fan gift shops. We currently have over 100 locations throughout the U.S. ranging from Los Angeles to New York with sports gear representing a large selection of NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA teams.
Pro Image Sports is a fun, fast paced, retail environment that is focused on sports and sports fans. Our mission is to prove a world-class shopping experience (both online and in-store) for our diverse customer base.
Pre-Requisites:
- 16 years of age or older
- Sales-driven individuals needed
- Weekend availability is a plus
- Be in tune with the sports world to better connect with customers
- Be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, major sporting events, and season holidays
- Seeking a solution-based individual with a professional & punctual work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Courteously greet customers upon arrival.
- Assist customers in locating their favorite team's items.
- Engage in fun sports related conversations. Be in tune with the sports world to better connect with customers.
- Complete sales/returns/exchanges on the point of sale system.
- Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Help merchandise and restock the store.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
