Pro Image Sports is a fun retail environment that is focused on sports and sports fans. As the manager of the store you will be responsible for the merchandising and look of the store, the hiring and training of employees, maintaining key inventory level of the products, interacting and associating with customers, achieving monthly sales goals, creating a weekly employee schedule, and creating a positive environment.
The applicant should be a self starter and professionally motivated.
The applicant should have retail experience.
The applicant should have management experience.
The applicant should be interested in local and professional sports.
The applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills.
The applicant should be willing and able to remain on their feet for long periods of time.
The applicant should be able to balance a daily closeout sheet and be able to use the Point of Sale functions.
The applicant should have a strong selling aptitude.
The applicant should be organized.
The applicant should be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
