Job Description:
As an Office Manager at Pro Installation, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day office operations. This is a dynamic role that involves working with various departments and assisting with key functions in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our team to keep things running smoothly and ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
- Manage leads and client communications
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain and stock sales paperwork, forms, and office supplies
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle general office administration tasks as needed
- Support team members with office-related needs
- Work with QuickBooks to manage financial records (experience with QuickBooks is a plus)
- Help maintain and update the CRM system for lead tracking and follow-up
Qualifications:
- Prior office management or administrative experience (preferably in the construction, roofing, or restoration industry)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks and CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
