Job Title: Agile Scrum Master
Location: Charlotte, NC- Hybrid role
W2 Candidate Preferred
Duration: 12 months contract
Description:
Agile Scrum Master
Note: Looking for Lead Scrum master who handle the 3-4 big team with banking experience is mandatory.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity
* Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team
* Support the team in removing impediments
* Resolve conflicts and issues that arise
* Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables
* Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives
* Knowledge and exposure to agile practices
* Communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, ability to provide candid but caring feedback
* Problem solving to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery
