Experience :
3 7 years of relevant experience with trademark and copyright matters.
Responsibilities :
Manage trademark and copyright-related activities across multiple business segments, including searches, risk assessments, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and litigation.
Advise on trademark portfolio management, covering both domestic and international trademarks.
Provide legal guidance on complex trademark and copyright issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
Navigate the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) processes efficiently to secure registrations for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and legal departments to align intellectual property strategies with business goals.
Requirements :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
Proven experience handling trademark and copyright matters, including prosecution, enforcement, and litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive client solutions.
