About the Job
We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of closing experience in commercial real estate transactions .
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sale and loan documents including settlement statements.
- Collaborate with attorneys on all aspects of real estate closings.
- Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information and coordinate all closing activities.
- Supervise support staff and assist with disbursements and postclosing processes.
- Prepare title commitments proformas and title insurance policies.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
