Job Description:

Position Description: This role is part of the Enterprise architecture team which plays an integral role in building a holistic view and roadmap of Client's technology strategy and processes. The Enterprise Architect supports IT in developing value propositions that align with business strategies on digital transformation and cloud adoption. This role requires deep technical skills, industry knowledge, and exceptional business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and IT Leadership to build strategic roadmaps for platforms and systems supporting Client's strategic business units.

• Align IT strategy, investments, and plans with Client's business goals and objectives.

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture in alignment with the overall IT vision.

• Manage and facilitate Architecture Review Boards to evaluate technologies, design patterns, and solutions.

• Partner with product and technology experts to translate business requirements into technological solutions.

• Develop strategies and roadmaps for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics areas.

• Provide technical expertise to design scalable data marts, data lakes, and data warehouse solutions.

• Provide formal technical guidance and informal assistance to engineering teams.

• Ensure compliance with structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and cloud migration roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 10 years of information technology architecture experience.

• 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture leadership, particularly with complex enterprise solutions in cloud environments.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience designing solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform technologies (BigQuery, Dataflow, Google Cloud Platform Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL or Spanner).

• Extensive experience in data and AI architecture, including at least three large-scale data platform modernization or migration projects.

• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, middleware APIs, master data, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting.

• Working knowledge of microservices architecture & domain-driven architecture.

• Proficiency with distributed streaming platforms such as Kafka.

• Familiarity with Enterprise architecture methodologies like TOGAF (certification preferred).

• Healthcare industry experience (HL7, FHIR, CCDA, and HIPAA) is a plus.
