Preferably - W2 Candidates (minimum validity of 12 months)
Note : We are looking for Sr Process Design Analyst with 10 Yrs of exp.
- Design, document, and optimize cybersecurity processes to enhance the banks threat detection, response, and prevention capabilities.
- Identify inefficiencies within current cybersecurity operations and implement streamlined workflows.
- Align process design with technical capabilities, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.
- Analyze security operations processes to identify gaps and develop corrective action plans.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools & techniques (e.g., 5S, VSM, FMEA, Gap Analysis) to recommend end-to-end business operations and technology improvements.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on quality (e.g., LSS) industry best practices and infuse practical application into day-to-day business.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of newly implemented processes and iterate as needed to maintain optimal performance and overall sustainability.
- Serve as a key player on the Process Quality (PQ) team, part of Product Transformation & Management (PTM), and work collaboratively across partner teams and assigned customers as the business requires.
