Job Description
- Years of Experience: 10 years Must Have Skills:
- BA with Technical writing Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines. Required
- Proven experience in systems documentation to include source code, technical documentations including user documentation, how-to guides. Required 10 Years
- Ability to analyze and document business system processes. Required 6 Years
- Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements. Required 6 Years
- Experience developing large scale training for users on new systems or applications to include training plans, documentation, user guides, job aids
- Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong research and analytical skills and very detail oriented.
