Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. Bank Customer Service Representative / Loan Support / Mortgage LE/CD Quality check review process is responsible to review a Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure document ensuring data, fees, service provider, tolerance limits are correct ensuring completeness and accuracy of documents. The feedback provided by this team serves as a method to check the quality of this team
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations (training will be provided).
- Good numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
