What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative (Mortgage /loan/Bank) position at PRO IT Inc.?
Mortgage LE/CD Quality check review process is responsible to review a Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure document ensuring data, fees, service provider, tolerance limits are correct ensuring completeness and accuracy of documents. The feedback provided by this team serves as a method to check the quality of this team. The primary responsibilities of Quality specialist is to review Closing Disclosure and quality check are as follows:
i. Compare LD and CD to ensure data is correct. Provide feedback to closers on the quality of Closing Disclosure.
ii. Check and verify the entry of accurate and timely loan information into the Loan Origination System.
iv. Calculate fees in accordance with tolerance and there is no deviation.
v. Review documents for accuracy and completeness
vi. Knowledge of all types of fees i.e. lender paid, borrower paid, paid at closing, paid outside closing etc.
vii. Check for service provider list and fees is tagged to correct party.
Company Personnel assigned by Company to perform this Services must meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:
i. Good communication skills.
ii. Ability to prioritize complex diversified responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
iii. Organizational and time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines.
iv. Must be willing to assist teammates and build strong relationship
v. Minimum 1-year banking or mortgage experience in processing or closing and knowledge of LE/CD review quality check.
Salary Range: $38,000 - $45,000 per year
