- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to assist clients with mortgage-related questions and processes.
- Demonstrate effective time management to handle high call volumes while ensuring quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
