- 8 years of project management experience, ideally within DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or AWS environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Strong experience managing AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Project Management Skills:
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure deployments.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management.
- Basic knowledge of networking, security, and server management on cloud platforms.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, timely results.
- Certifications (preferred):
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.

Project Planning & Coordination
- Define project scope, objectives, and timelines with stakeholders.
- Plan and manage AWS cloud infrastructure projects from initiation through to deployment, including budget and resource management.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and workflows for continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including DevOps engineers, software developers, QA, and operations staff.
- Promote a collaborative DevOps culture to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure alignment and resolve blockers.
- DevOps & AWS Infrastructure Oversight
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of AWS-based infrastructure, focusing on security, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Ensure best practices in cloud deployment, automation, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with organizational security and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the monitoring and reporting of project metrics, system performance, and health to maintain reliable and secure cloud environments.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and performance reports.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements are met, managing expectations and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress, achievements, and issues to executive leadership.
